How does Sofetch sizing run?
Our styles are true to size with a snug, sculpted fit. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up. Check our size guide for detailed measurements.

What is the Obsession collection made of?
The Obsession Collection is crafted from a premium blend of nylon and elastane, offering a smooth, sculpted fit that moves with you. All fabrics used meet the OEKO-TEX® Standard 100, meaning they’ve been tested and certified to be free from harmful substances — safe for your skin and your lifestyle.
Is the Obession fabric squat proof?
Yes! Our Obsession leggings are double lined for coverage and confidence.
How should i care for my Sofetch pieces?
Wash cold on gentle cycle, inside out. Lay flat or hand to dry. Avoid fabric softeners and high heat to maintain stretch and softness.

Can i cancel or update my order after placing it?
To keep things smooth and ensure fast shipping, we dont allow changed to items or sizes once your order is placed. If you made a mistake, email us at info@sofetch.com if your order hasn't shipped yet to cancel.
Will you restock sold out colors?
Some colors are limited edition, but bestsellers may return. Be sure to sign up for restock notifications or join our email list for early access.

Do i have to purchase in USD?
We now have the option to shop in the currency of your preference on our website. Simply go to the top right hand side of the screen, and choose your currency! You can now shop in USD, CAD, AUD, GBP and EUR.
What if my order arrived damaged or faulty?
Were so sorry! We quality check every piece, but if something slipped through, we've got you. Please email us at info@sofetchfit.com within 5 days of delivery with the following : Your order number, a photo of the item and issue, a short note explaining the problem.Please note that items that are damaged due to wear and tear are not considered to be faulty. You must notify us concerning the defect or error within a reasonable time after discovering it.
Faulty items will be exchanged for the same type of product in the same size, subject to availability. If the product is not in stock you will be refunded for the item. We will be responsible for the return shipping.
