SOFETCH Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every SOFETCH piece you wear. If something isn’t the perfect fit, we’re happy to help within the guidelines below.

Return & Exchange Window

All return or exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Important Policy Notice

SOFETCH does not offer refunds.
All approved returns are issued as store credit or exchange only.

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • With original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free of stains, odors, or damage

Customers are responsible for the condition of returned items and all return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

Returns (Store Credit Only)

  • Returns are processed for store credit only
  • flat return fee is deducted when your return is processed:$20 (U.S. orders)$40 (International orders)
  • Store credit never expires and may be used on any future purchase

Exchanges

  • One free size exchange is offered for U.S. customers
  • International exchanges are subject to the same fee as returns ($40)
  • Exchange fees are deducted from your original payment
  • Exchanges are subject to item availability

Items returned due to sizing or fit issues qualify for exchange or store credit only.

Final Sale Items

  • Sale and discounted items are final sale
  • Not eligible for return or exchange

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will provide a replacement (if available) or issue store credit
  • Return shipping for faulty items is fully covered by SOFETCH

SOFETCH Package Protection (Route)

To ensure your order arrives safely, SOFETCH partners with Route Package Protection to offer added protection against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

What Is Route Package Protection?

Route provides optional shipping protection that covers your order in the event it is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Stolen after delivery
  • Damaged during shipping

If selected at checkout, Route will handle the resolution quickly and directly.

Important Policy Notes

  • SOFETCH is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once an order has been marked as delivered by the carrier
  • Customers who decline Route protection assume full responsibility for shipping risks
  • Address errors provided at checkout are not covered
  • Replacement orders are subject to product availability

How to Start a Return or Exchange:

2. Enter your email and order number
3. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange
4.“Return” tab“Exchange” tab and choose your new size or color
5. Review and save your request
6. Choose your preferred return shipping option
7. You’ll receive an email with step-by-step return shipping instructions
