Sofetch Shipping Policy

At Sofetch, we strive to provide a smooth and efficient shipping experience. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

 Processing times may vary during peak seasons, sales, or promotions.

 You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

 We offer standard and expedited shipping options at checkout.

 Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days

 Expedited Shipping: 2 business days

 Please note that shipping times do not include processing time.

3. Shipping Rates

 Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

 Free shipping may be available for orders over 150 USD.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

 Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Sofetch is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

 If your package is missing, please check with your local carrier and file a claim if necessary.

 If an incorrect shipping address was provided, Sofetchfit is not liable for reshipment costs.

5. International Shipping (If Applicable)

 International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by their country.

 Sofetchfit is not responsible for customs delays.

6. Order Tracking

 Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

 If you do not receive tracking updates, please contact us at info@sofetchfit.com.

7. Address Changes & Shipping Issues

 Shipping addresses cannot be changed after an order is placed. Please double-check your details before completing your purchase.

 If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for reshipment costs.

Sofetch Package Protection

SOFETCHFIT is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they’ve been marked as delivered by the courier. However, we offer SOFETCHFIT Package Protection to provide added peace of mind. This service protects your order in the event it is lost in transit, stolen, or damaged during shipping.

If you’ve opted into Package Protection at checkout, your order is eligible for a replacement only—we do not issue refunds. All claims must be submitted within 30 days of the parcel being marked as delivered.

By choosing to opt out of SOFETCHFIT Package Protection, you acknowledge that SOFETCHFIT is not liable for any lost or stolen packages. In such cases, we recommend initiating a claim directly with the shipping carrier.

Important Note: Due to increased fraudulent activity, any order reshipped through SOFETCHFIT Package Protection is not eligible for a full refund. If your order is replaced, you may exchange items for a different size or product, but refunds will not be issued. Additionally, the cost of Package Protection is non-refundable, including in cases of returned orders.
